Affordable housing was the #1 priority identified in the 2017 Community Health Assessment.
Access to Care Committee
Advocating for changes that will affect
health care coverage for residents across
all ages of the continuum.
Mental Health Committee
Seeks to increase public awareness of
mental illness and access to mental health
services.
Physical Activity, Nutrition, and Food Access Committee
Provide a community-based approach to address the growing problem of overweight and obesity, factors that contribute to the development and complications associated with many chronic illnesses.
Communications Committee
Improve the Partnership’s external
communications, internal communications
and branding.
